Sarah is member of the Litigation Area since 2019.
Attorney at law in the Intellectual Property area. she focus mainly on strategic consultation, prosecution, surveillance, maintenance, formal and substantive objections, in connection with the protection of trademarks, slogans and trade names. In addition, she has negotiated and drafted coexistence agreements, “Cease and Desist” letters related to alleged trademark infringements, assignment and license agreements. Furthermore, she has participated in nullity, cancellation and infringement proceedings with the Mexican Trademark Office for patents and trademarks. Likewise, she also collaborate in copyright matters with the Mexican Copyright Office.
